For an extension of the program showdvi (displays TeX-DVI files on ST monitors,
available on various hosts for anonymous 'ftp'ing) I'm looking for source code
routines (in C) in order to read the various ST picture formats. At the moment
I've only implemented the GEM-IMG picture format (loading only).
I'm looking for routines for loading the pictures into a bitmap and storing
a bitmap as given picture.
Please do not send such routines directly via e-mail since we have to pay
for every *received* email, references and hints are welcome.
Some examples for picture formats:
TIFF, IFF, GIF, GEM-Metafiles, IMG (storing), ...
Since showdvi (and dviprint, this programs prints DVI files on various
printers) allow a flexible page size the picture format should not be fixed
to screen size.
