[net.wanted] Processor Address Trace Hardware Wanted

I need to find some hardware that will allow me to do address
traces on a running 32 bit system.  I need to get roughly 2 million
address samples (1 seconds worth, 400ns each) plus some read/write info.
I then need to get this data into one of our UNIX machines.
I want this data so we can evaluate various cache architectures with
our system.

Does anyone know of any trace hardware (analyzers, etc.),
available now, that can do this?
