Help!!! I'm having intermittent failures on my Mega2, and the local dealer can't find anything wrong with it. The symptoms are vertical lines across the screen, and the system just hangs. My first suspicion was a problem with the memory chips (I've got 4 MB), but it passes all the memory diagnostics the dealer has run on it. The dealer suggested the hard drive might be causing a problem, so I reformatted, and eventually took it out alltogether with no change. I've also ruled out the possibility that the software is the problem since it fails irrespective of what I'm running. I'm not sure which version of TOS I'm running; the Desk Info menu just displays an 86/87 copy- right date. If anyone has any clues or suggestions I would certainly appreciate it!
