1040ST Floppy Read Problem We have a micro lab with 25 1040 ST's; the floppy drives have been replaced on some of these machines; the drives are from various manufacturers, but they are "Atari" drives. When 25 newly formatted and copied Sony disks (using Dcopy19) were created they were only readable on about half the machines. A disk might be readable on one machine and not readable on another.
