The following  is a  list of  activities that will be taking place in the
topical demonstration areas.  Scheduled times  are subject  to change and
additional topics  may get  placed on  the schedule,  so please check the
signs posted outside of the rooms for changes.

Jim Pierson-Perry, the Music/MIDI Editor for  STart Magazine,  will be on
hand to  demonstrate MIDI  fundamentals. Jim  is a also semi-professional
musician and research chemist from Elkton, Maryland

John Morales, Atari's east coast MIDI expert, will  also be  on hand with
his high-powered digital editing system.


                Desktop Publishing and Productivity Room

Software for  Word Processing,  Database Management, Finance, and Desktop
Publishing.

Saturday:

     1200?? - "Calamus for the beginner" - David Napierala
     1300 - "LaTeX, DTP Power without the Price" - Horace Mitchell 
     1400 - "C'ing Your Way Through GEM Windows", Jeff Lomicka  of tidbit
          Software  Engineering  will  present A tutorial for programmers
          designed to help them make better use of the variety of gadgets
          that control  the operation  of windows  under Atari GEM. Learn
          about scroll bars, buttons,  resizing,  and  all  of  the other
          tools.
     1500?? -  "Using the  CodeHead Integrated  System" -John Eidsvoog of
          Codehead Software.

Sunday:
     1200 - "HyperLink - Hypertext for the Atari ST" -  George Geczy, JMG
          Software International (product debut).

          ENiGMA Software.

Lynx Contest - High score on each of 6 different Lynx games on each      
 day wins the Lynx. 1 Lynx per winner.
