        Hello out there.

        I was just wondering if anybody had SLOW ftp transfers from 
cs.uni-sb.de?  I usually call them from my workstation at Ohio State Univ. 
in OHIO (you guessed that).  

        The transfers are PRETTY slow, but it's not such a huge problem 
cuz I can do other stuff while ftp'ing, but just out of curiosity:  
anybody with the same problem?
