Hi Netters and PDN users.. Just a quick note on our BBS here in Auckland. Within the next month we will have IPDN [International Public Data Network] or as it is also known as X25 or Packet Switch access to STaTus BBS here in Auckland New Zealand. This means that you will be able to access us from anywhere of 152 countries world wide. What I want to know is there much interest out there for this type of service. We do NOT charge for the service it is free to all Atari Users and non-atari Users for that matter. The connection is via a network here in NZ called Paxus Fax-Net (see future posting in Z*Net), they do how ever charge a monthly fee for the network like tymenet. The charge is $NZ9 per month or this equates to roughly $DM8,$USA6,$AUS7,Sterling 3. This charge is for unlimited use and unlimited kilosegments on their network.
