I'm running TOS1.4. Something really strange happened last night... Here's the sequence: - under NeoDesk 2.05 I had two file widows open - ran msh.prg (MWC) - exited - moved mouse to "NEODESK" (accessory dropdown) before the two file windows were redrawn - got the outline of the first window - the dropdown appeared - the 2nd window appeared - the first window filled in, overwriting the dropdown with which it overlapped Things happened so fast that I don't recall any more details, but the file window and dropdown were a little confused until I clicked the mouse (I think this is where it ended). I was unable to reproduce it at will, but if it happened once...? Seems symptomatic of code which does not prevent interrupts (like mouse asking for a dropdown) during a critical few instructions (like between drawing the outline and filling it). Just a WAG (wild-assed guess), but....? Ciao, Pierre Pierre Fortin Bell-Northern Research I know, my postings are Internet Systems P.O.Box 3511, Stn C terse and humourless. So?
