Hello world, I wanted to try out bgacc.. (I already had Mint in my auto
folder) I did replace the init.prg with yhe gem.prg (that is I renamed
it) and rebooted. It seems that gem.prg doesn't like my TOS, my computer
starts up alright, but I never see any files. I mean, I got a desktop,
disk icons, windows but no contents in those windows, I only got empty
ones. Any hints, anybody ????
PS. Please respond by e-mail, we don't receive any news anymore until our
hardware is repaired........

I didn't have everything configured to my liking though since I didn't have that much time (I was supposed to be studying for an audio midterm). Anyway, I renamed GEM.PRG to INIT.PRG and got the same problem. Then I disabled the cache on ICDBOOT and everything was fine. I don't know why I thought this would work, but it did. -- Ed Krimen ............................................... ||| Video Production Major, California State University, Chico ||| INTERNET: ekrimen@ecst.csuchico.edu FREENET: al661 / | \ SysOp, Fuji BBS: 916-894-1261 FIDONET: 1:119/4.0
