[comp.sys.atari.st] Where to get VIEWGIF and/or FASTGIF?

I would like to get ahold of the programs VIEWGIF and/or FASTGIF.  Is there
an archive somewhere I could access via email?  Or possibly an anonymous uucp
site?  I don't have ftp access.
