I don't remember if it's ++ freeware or shareware... Anyone? Ah, you're in luck. It recently appeared on an "issue disk" of either STUser or STFormat. I don't know whether there are any copying restrictions if not, I'll post it up on terminator-as-was, atari.atarchive-as-now-is.
