[comp.sys.atari.st] Can I transfer data between my Mac II si and Mega4 over Serial? HOW?

I have the IIsi and Mega 4 sitting next to each other.  i would like to
be able to transfer data, esp. text files or MIDI data fromone to th other.
How to do that?
