swood@vela.acs.oakland.edu ( EVENSONG) (11/15/90)
I was looking real interestingly at the MichTron IBM PC emulator, but I just
called accrossed town, and the MichTron number is disconnected, and the
phone company has not listing at all for MichTron. So, I either need to know
if there is a new location for MichTron, or what are some good emulators?
I would prefer something that I can switch back to use my ST as an ST. I don't
know much about emulators, or how they work for the ST, so this may be a
standard option, or may be a possibility. I have heard that most of the
better emulators are teh hardware versions that are installed internally into
the ST. Does that mean that it no longer uses the mac Processor?
I have a need arising in the future to use a PC with a 80?88 processor, and
would also like to know if there are any emulators that would allow for 80?88
type processing for assembly code.
If there are any suggestions, I would appreciate it.
Thanks
swood
