Is anyone interested in buying 2 season tickets to the Philadelphia Eagles football games (at Veteran's Stadium, Philadelphia)? Here's the scoop. I own four. Every year, I pay for two and friends of mine from Philly pay for two. They'll be moving this year and won't be taking the tickets anymore. I can't use 4 tickets, but there's NO WAY I'm going to let my subscription for those "extra" two lapse. Therefore, I'll sell them to anybody interested in "fronting" the money for them. Here's the details: Tickets are $15.00 apiece ($18.00 face value, but season tickets are discounted). There are 2 preseason games (Jets and Dolphins) and 8 regular season games (Cowboys, Giants, Redskins, Cards, Rams, Lions, Broncos, Chargers). The total, including service charges, is $301.00 for 2 full season tickets. Amazing though it may seem, they've already made me send in the first $200.67 (1/3 of the $602.00 total). The next 2 installments (the balance) are due over the course of the next couple months, though the tickets won't arrive until July. The seats are quite good - one-third the way into the upper deck, on the 40 yard line, shaded side of the field (section 612). If interested, send email (preferably) or call Joe Carbonaro at Holmdel 949-5413 (HO3E-609). Thank you. houxa!jjc

As it happens I have a spare return ticket by British Rail from Glasgow to Edinburgh (though its only valid today (24th Feb.)), if anyone in Phily can use it let me know very soon. First good offer secures. george :-)
