[net.wanted] Wanted: text files

I am looking for large, public-domain (and hopefully useful) text
files and databases to put on to a CDROM which I will be mastering
within the next three weeks.  

Does anybody know of some files which would fit these requirements? If
so, I would be very interested in hearing about them.
