Strange... I don't think someone on the net but french ST-users know this product : GRAPHIX by Procyon (somewhere in the east of France) is a fully implemented PostScript language. It can use PS fonts AND Gdos Fonts. In that case, Gdos fonts can only be 'turned' by 90 degrees steps (are you also waiting for the new Gdos allowing to use vectorial fonts ? Zeus, I'd like to see that...) It includes a screen previewer, source editor, demos sources and a lot of printers drivers. It can even produce a *.GEM file you can export to Calamus, Easy-Draw or *any* program using this format... I use this stuff with my old and good Epson LQ-500 and the result is wonderful... It works without any problem with only 1 Meg of memory, Hard Disk is useful but not necessary, monochrome monitors only. AND it is much cheaper than ULTRA*CRIPT... Info about this package have been published some time ago in the french review "ST-Mag".
