I have just sent these files to atari.archive. foldrsrt.lzh - Folder resorter. Good for AUTO folder. lostboys.lzh - Lost Boys Definitive Demo. sbt6pach.lzh - Patch to fix upper/lowercase bug in SuperBoot 6.0 spaceace.lzh - The famous Space Ace demo. (There's one already there from 1986 (???), ACEDEMO.ARC but it's nothing like this one. You need Magic Shadow Archiver to extract the file to disk once you unLZH it. I think the filename on atari.archive is SHADOW.ARC in /utilities. suprbt60.lzh - SuperBoot version 6.0. deskmg31.lzh - A utility like SuperBoot, but SuperBoot seems to be of more use to hard drive owners and DeskManager seems easier for floppy users. BTW, I haven't seen that Jon (weiner@atari.archive.umich.edu??) has moved the other ones that I've sent, over to their proper directories. I guess everyone must wait until he does so.

I've just sent these files to atari.archive. fuji.lzh - program for the AUTO folder that puts a spinning fuji symbol in the left corner of the menu bar. Doesn't work on the STe. Don't know about TOS 1.4. Accompaning desk accessory allows you to control the speed. No slowdown either. pinhed17.lzh - Pinhead version 1.7. Supports the STe, 680x0 upgrade boards and fixes some problems with DC Desktop and a few other things. Also XBRA support. colawars.lzh - An AVS demo featuring Pepsi and Coke. Really nice. requires AVSPLAYR.LZH. flxifast.lzh - allows you set the fastload bit on multiple files. Should I be running Pinhead even though I have the fastload bit set on all my programs? Is there any other advantage to it?

I've sent the following files to atari.archive. CK_DEMO2.LZH - Demo of Codehead's Codekey macro program. PL_DEMO.LZH - Demo of Codehead's PopIt! (call any desk accessory with a keypress) and LookIt! (text file viewer and editor). FALLEN.LZH - Mrs. Fletcher says, "I'm falling and I can't get up!" LIFEBTCH.MSA - The Lost Boys 'Life's a Bitch' demo, released at the latest Dusseldorf fair. I didn't compress LIFEBTCH.MSA or NEWORDER.PRG (on the last batch I sent) because they only compressed a little bit. If you run NEOLOAD.PRG as an auto program, there is a conflict between CodeKeys and Neodesk 3.0x that results in a 9-bomb crash when you try to record a macro. This can be resolved by not running NEOCNTRL.ACC. Macros seem to play back OK with NEOCNTRL.ACC loaded, however. I understand that Gribnif and CodeHead know about this and are presumably working on a solution. If you have a question, PLEASE post it here. PLEASE DO *NOT* SEND E-MAIL! Somebody's new mailer out there is causing me a peck full of trouble! %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% % Andy Cassino % % Hewlett-Packard - Lake Stevens Instrument Division % %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
