[comp.sys.atari.st] Does KUMA<->WERCS RSC Converter Exist?

Does any one know of the location of a resource converter utility 
that will convert from the KUMA resource editor format to the WERCS
format (visa-versa)? Besides the *.RSC and *.H files produced there
is the *.RSD file that is used by the resource editor internally.
Loading a WERCS file into the KUMA editor, one loses all OBJECT name
information and some other things too.

The WERCS resource editor is the better of the two but KUMAS has some
features that are unique to it.
