[net.wanted] information needed about Ultra Office package from Lutzky-Baird!

Hello out there,

Can anyone give me more information about the Ultra Office package
from Lutzky-Baird.
As far I know the concept is to use the Unix host as a shared
file server for personal macintoshes. The user is preseneted
with a diagrammatic representation of a Unix tree directory structure.
My questions are:
	1. Which Unix version do I need 4.2 bsd ?
	2. How do I connect my Macintosh to the Host machine
	   (RS-232C, Ethernet) ?
	3. What about the speed of file transfer ?
	4. Is it available in Europe ?

Thanks in Advance.

Please mail to Theo Wilbers.
