I'm looking for a relational Database for the ST. I'm an Informix user and would like to find something similar (SQL)? What's available? +Patrick

As far as I know the only relational database system for the Atari ST with SQL is Regent Base II. I once played around with it and it made a good impression. However, I haven't come to do some serious work with it. (And perhaps never will.) -- Dipl.-Inform. Rainer Klute klute@irb.informatik.uni-dortmund.de Univ. Regent is apparently out of business, so you may be able to get a good price on RegentBase. I did. It is too bad too because it is well done. The forms handler and procedural language interface reminds me alot of Ingres. Warning: If you use NEODESK 3 then when you exit Regent Base, NEO bombs. -- Daryl Monge AT&T Bell Labs UUCP: att!ihuxy!daryl VOICE: 708-713-4696 PAPER: Rm 2A-448 P.O.
