Because of the recent discussion in c.s.a.s.tech about hidden files
with NeoDesk, I have posted to atari.archive.umich.edu two programs
which should handle the problem.
ATTRIBUT.LZH - Lets you change the file attributes on any file. Has
a GEM interface.
UNHIDER.LZH - Unhides a collection of files on any drive.

i think gulam can do:
chmod -h file
since i have my own chmod, which does do this, i don't know for sure.
there ARE advantages to command shells... :-)
note that hidden files can be viewed with:
ls -a
again, this is my own ls, gulam's may not do this...
