[comp.sys.atari.st] No replacement mouse from Atari

iam@stiatl.salestech.com (Ian Mercado) (02/07/91)

A long, long time ago (November 28th, 1990) I sent my defective mouse
back to Atari along with $25 for a replacement. Well, the check has
long since been cashed, but I've seen neither hide nor hair of a mouse.
Can I be expecting one in the near future, or is it time to start
complaining (again)?

Please someone post some reassurance...

Call Atari at 408-745-2000, and ask for Customer Relations. Speak to
Diana Goralczyk and POLITELY explain your situation to her.

Oh, and let me know what happens. I'm curious. :^)
