Well at least I managed to get the whole package, both binaries and sources. One problem though. The host server I call into requires two passwords! The sequence is login: password: system password: I log in, issue the 1st password the pomptly logs me out when it asks for the system password. The hosts file seems too regimented as far as it's fields go. Is the dialer in the GFA basic uucico.lst file? I hope not. I do not own the GFA basic compiler (I don't like basic anymore :^) ). If it is one of the other files, I hope it's one of the MWC files since I don't have MegaMax either. Can anybody help? Oh, and another thing, I just got the spectra MAC emulator from a friend of mine whos dropping his ST for a 486 PC. I got the hardware (no GCR) and the ST spectre software bu NO spectre formatted System/ Finder boot disk. I also only have a single sided floppy. (I never bothered to get a double sided one because I have a 380 meg hard disk and a cartridge tape backup system). Also I didn't get any docs with the spectre stuff. He 'missplaced' it somewhere and won't look for it. Anyway, what I'm getting at, can anybody tell me how to make a boot System/Finder single sidded disk in spectre format so I can at least boot the MAC and then unsit the whole batch of other stuff I have for the MAC?
