Don't think this got very far on first posting... I recently asked about experiences upgrading a 1040 from 1meg to 4meg, and promised to summarize. 100% of my respondents used the Zubair ZRAM board. Both tried the installation themselves, failed, and ended up sending their computer to Zubair.
