I have seen Motif on a gray-scale monitor, but that is different. On another line a thought, I was wondering if it would be possible to inherently spruce up GEM. Most people would admit that GEM looks pretty lame next to Motif, even though GEM is okay to use. I was wondering if it would be possible for any guru types to write a TSR that would catch GEM object draws and replace them with new object draws that looked like Motif. Mind you, that this would not add any new functionality to GEM, it would just make the standard GEM objects look like a Motif object. I know that Slicctop catches alert boxes and can substitute its own in, so how hard would it be to catch everything? I know nothing about this so don't get too upset :) Just wondering...
