How do you do it? I work with a developer, whose name I quote in every single
phone call, every single snail-mail and every single E-mail. Nobody talks to
me, nobody returns my calls, nobody returns my snail-mail, and nobody returns
my E-mail.

I don't mean to ruffle your feathers or anything, but if YOU were the
developer, I'd think they would answer some of your questions. You
probably do work with a developer, but what's to stop me from calling
Dev Support and say, "Hey, I work with Joe Gaudreau [for example] --
give me some info." Perhaps if you paid the $300, they'd listen to
you. Unfortunately, this is the way it's gonna be, but Atari seems
to be starting their two-tier development support system.
