Just today I downloaded the new post of the Sozobon C compiler and was trying it out. Everything seemed fine, except whenever there's a Makefile in the directory make just dies (with 3 bombs). This never happened before (in gulam by the way) and the strangest part is that it doesn't die if there isn't a Makefile. Obviously, make is a pretty important program and I don't particularly like having a broken one. Has anyone else encountered this problem or have any ideas on how to fix it? BTW, I wasn't running any wacky programs either, just the hard-drive stuff, maccel, TOS 1.4 patches, Control Panel, and TurboST. Not exactly an environment I would expect things to break in. -Mike mg40+@andrew.cmu.edu ---> Note the conspicuous lack of any signature.

Yes, I had the same trouble when I tried to use make from Gemini 1.2. I haven't tried without the makefile though. /Arto
