GEM installs a lot of interrupt routines without allowing a legal
deinstallation of them. So I think it is *not* possible at all to
deinstall the Graphics Manager.  (BTW: You'd only win 40 K -- not
more, I don't think that this small amount of memory is worth the
effort)
