[comp.sys.atari.st] [xyz]modem for Unix / Mail order games source

Can anybody tell me where I can get the sources for x-modem, y-modem,
or z-modem for unix ?  FTP sites would be nice.  (The atari connection
is that I'd like to try these over kermit to download stuff to me
STe).

Secondly, I'd like a good source for mail order games - the cheaper
the better (as long as they're reliable!).  I can't decide between
Populous and Powermonger (I borrowed populous off a friend for a
while, and I love it, but is power monger better ?) Any comments ?
If anyone wants to sell a used copy, I'll probably be interested.
