Does anyone know what the latest version of Jam Packer is and where to get it? The latest I've seen is 3.0 pre-release version, but it doesn't seem to like some of my .prgs thanx, todd -- Todd C. I have a much better packer - The Pompey Pirates packer... It packed a file from 200K to 24 K (takes 3 hours to pack, but only 1/2 sec to unpack and start :-) Should i post it to comp.binaries.... ? This may sound contradictory, but V3 is such an improvement over V2 (even with a few bugs and no docs) that we had to release it. There should be a new version along in a few months, but we both have very little free time at the moment. To speed the release of the "real" V3.0 we would greatly appreciate receiving any bug reports on V3.0 pre-release. Particularly, what programs it doesn't work with, and how it fails.
