I want to buy a printer for my ST.
NLQ is a must, LQ would be fine if I can get it.
I don't think I can afford more than $250, would much prefer $150.
Another must is ability to dump images from screen to paper.
Finally, I hope to acquire some sort of PostScript interpreter/driver,
so something with enough flexibility that such a driver can be written
for it would be very desirable.
I don't need a wide carriage or color or lasers.
I've seen the Epson T-1000, I think it is, for around $150...
It *looks*, from reading the manual, like it can handle all my
requirements except maybe the PostScript stuff, maybe even that.
Anybody have any experience with this beast?
Anybody have any other recommendations?
Anybody have a used (but not worn-out) printer they want to sell?
Is it safe to say that anything that is sold to work on a PC
should work okay on the ST?
