[comp.sys.atari.st] Cheats for SimCity

ZNET mentioned a couple of cheat programs for SimCity:
TERAFORM.ARC  and  SIMCTOT.ARC

Would anybody with copies of these kindly upload them to atari.archive ?
(or any program that might allow me to edit the land shape ?)
