Hi Some of the text type files I have retrived from terminator have .Z file extentions on them. How do I get rid of these file extensions to be able to rea d the file. please help me if you can thanks Nick Coyne NCOYNE@ESOC.BITNET

There is an ST version of compress - you'd use compress -d to uncompress.
