These are Magic Shadow Archive files. You need to get the dearchiver. I beleive
it's at atari.archive.umich.edu in atari/archivers as SHADOW.LZH or SHADOW.ARC.

I believe that MSA_141.LZH is the latest version at a.a.

You need a copy of Magic Shadow Archiver (MSA), which compresses an entire
disk into a (big) file, including formatting info. It is on atari.archive,
probably under the name shadow.arc (in the archiver directory).

You got the right directory but the info is out of date. According to
ComdInd.Z:

msa103.lzh 15 Magic shadow Archiver. Needed for graphics demos.
msa_141.lzh 30 Magic Shadow Archiver, latest version.
shadow.arc 20 magic Sahdow Archiver, early version.

Cheers,
