I am thinking again about building a hard drive for my ST. I have an ancient 10 MB Supradrive in a shoe box case. I was thinking about reusing the case & power supply & tossing a new drive in there. Can some kind people please send me infomation about any/all of the following questions: (1) What host adapters are available, where can I get them, how much do they cost, what are the differences? (2) What drives do people recommend? Where is a good source to purchase drives? (3) Where can I get the specification of the data output by the DMA port (what people refer to as ASCI I think)? (4) What kind of software would I need to write/obtain to make this work"? Any information would be greatly helpful. Is there a "Frequently Asked Questions" kind of wqrite up about building hard drives for the ST? --- Bri / Brian Totty o o /__ __ o Department of Computer Science o / / / / 1304 W.
