I have also had problems getting an order shipped from Northeastern Software. I was trying to buy some Novation 2400 baud modems and when our purchasing agent called them she was told that were "in stock" and could be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of a check. NS was supposed to ship the modems by overnight express. After a week and a half I called them ( that exercise alone can take several hours ) and found that they had received the check but that the modems were backordered. They were expected in a few days and would be shipped immediately. I called several more times and would get a different story every time. To make a long story short, it was another six weeks before I got the modems. I have no intention of doing business with Northeastern Software in the future.
