[comp.sys.amiga] Matt's Shell, deadly bug. Was fixed in 2.03

	The single '!' bug was fixed in 2.03.

	Right after finals are over, I will have time to finish up changes
and additions for 2.04  .  Don't get this mixed up with Steve Drew's 
varient.  (though he does follow my version numbering pretty closely).
