Hello net, I am trying to get the fractal routines working from the good article in the Dec' 86 BYTE. I typed in the program DOSET.C from BYTE and it ran fine. I downloaded VIEWSET.C (displays the image computed in DOSET) from BYTENET and I TRIED to run it. I get a few warnings about pointers not being of the same type and a few warnings about NULL re-defined. The thing that kills me is that I get a prompter after the warning messages are displayed saying 'STACK OVERFLOW' and an option to click and get back to CLI. I do not know if this is a C error or if my Amiga is too small. I have an Amiga with 512K RAM, Lattice C 3.03, Workbench 1.1. Has anybody gotton this progam to work or do they know if a 250 line program is too much for my Amiga (if hope not!). Thanks in advance, Jim Ennis University of Central Florida JIM%UCF1VM.BITNET@WISCVM.ARPA ENNIS@UCF-CS.CSNET

You should be able to use the stack command to increase size
of your stack, use it to set stack to about 12000 or so. That
may help.
