For those people trying to figure out where things went awry, here are the sizes
and checksums for both the uuencoded files and the decoded versions. The check-
sums are from the standard unix sum(1) program. On Berkeley systems, just say
'sum filename', on AT&T sytems, use 'sum -r filename' to get matching results.

uuencoded files length	sum (1)
===============		=======	=======
Juggler 19018	44739

Juggler.info 807	36567

movie.1of7 58053	37844
movie.2of7 58094	43005
movie.3of7 58094	15044
movie.4of7 58094	06921
movie.5of7 58094	07846
movie.6of7 58094	35257
movie.7of7 58792	45375

movie.data 407315	52054

after uudecode length	sum (1)
===============		======= =======
Juggler 13784	43398
Juggler.info 562	29448
movie.data 295610	44390

Now if your lengths of sums differ in just a spot or two, you can ask some other
site to mail you the correct version. If everything is screwed up, probably
some gateway digested your newsfeed and you need to get a copy on diskette or
from some other network.

Some common uudecode problems:

1) Your mailer eats blanks at the ends of lines.

Uudecode expects lines where the length is specified by the first
character. You can use the 'l' or ':l' command in ed or vi respectivly
to check for this. If this is your only problem, write a little program
	to pad out the lines.

2) Some funny characters substitutions occured with braces, brackets, squiggles
   and the like.

Some news feeds include ibm systems, especially for bitnet sites.
Since IBM systems don't use the ascii character set, there is often
	some transliteration involved. Too bad...

3) The files were truncated somewhere along the line.

The files begin with begin and end with end. All of the lines except
the last begin with an M. If this isn't the case, either you lost
something, or neglected to edit out the headings or .signature info
	in some of the files.

Well, enuf. Andy already mentioned that this demo requires all of the memory
on your system. You need a stripped down startup file that doesn't allocate
any buffers or other goodies. Xmodem users should check that they didn't end
up with a bunch of control/Z's at the end of each file.

To the person who posted the checksum program: your heart is in the right
place, but your code isn't very portable. It will give different results
for the same data on different systems. This is why I stuck with the unix
sum utility...

Oh yeah, one last thing... You might want to change the filemode in the first
line of a couple of the uuencoded files. My system decided that they should
be owned by uucp and not readable by *ME*.	8-(
