On my answer to the Workbench libraries, there was a slight disconnection
between brain and fingers...
Actually, the icon.library contains the icon manipulating routines used
by programs that work under Workbench.
the info.library is the program called by the Workbench info menu item;
used to view and modify the information in the icon.
