For what it is worth, if you send Arc files that have been uuencoded over the net you are essentially sending binary files and they should more appropriately be sent to mod.amiga.binaries (or whatever it is called). I have yet to find a working version of Arc for UNIX, which is required if I want to look at the sources before I bother downloading them. Additionally, many people who read this group do not own Amigas and thus can never look at the source even if they wanted to. So here at least is one vote for *NOT* arc'ing anything.
