Is there a "known bugs" list for Lattice C V3.03? I'd like to avoid
re-inventing the flat tire. Reply by mail and I will summarize to the net.
Also, is it worth the time/effort/money to upgrade to V3.10? Any
input from those of you who have done so would be welcome.
