[comp.sys.amiga] trying to find, and mice for kids.

I've seen some discussion related to this on the net, but never saw an
answer. I have a couple of ST-506 disk drives sitting in my back room. They
are part of an old CP/M system that I haven't used for at least two years.
Is any oneout there making a box/board/thingy that would let me use these
drives with my Amiga?

On an unrelated topic, does anyone make a kid sized mouse? It should be
about half the size of the current mouse. It should have smaller buttons,
placed closer together, that are easier to push. The buttons should be
mechanically linked so that they can't both be pushed at the same time. It
should have a "high speed" or "overdrive" option so that the cursor moves
about twice as far per inch of mouse motion as the highest setting on the
current mouse. Little arms can't move the mouse as far, little hands can't
pick it up one handed.

I think the Amiga is a WONDERFUL computer for kids.

		I like it too.

The disk controller used in the Byte-by-Byte expansion box will work with
generic ST506/412 drives. I'm not sure about the various standalone units.

You should check overall pricing closely. Disk prices have been coming
down and it may not really be to your advantage to use some disks just
because you already have them...

The new hard drive controller coming from CBM in June with release of the
A2000 will support st506 (according to BYTE)

Of course you'll need an expansion box with the A2000 specs...
