I ordered some floppy disks from them. After three weeks I called and asked
about my order. They said they were out of stock, and that they would probably
get another shipment within a week. I reminded them that according to US Postal
regulations, they must send me notice of this within 15 days of receipt of
my order, and offer me the choices of wait, change order, or refund. I told
them that I would wait a week, and if my order was not in, I would cancel my
order. I got my disks three days later. :-)

I bulk ordered Sonys, but the ones I got may be Sonys or not. They LOOK the
same and I haven't had any problems so I'm going to let it go. I got no labels.

This points out that you should KNOW YOUR RIGHTS concerning postal mail orders.
If a company drags you out, CANCEL YOUR ORDER. If they give you problems,
correspond with them in writing and make copies. If it continues, call your
local post office. The post office loves to nail people in violation of
postal law. DON'T LET THEM STEP ON YOU.
