This is how to duplicate that bug with the Z editor. Enter the editor (these instructions assume you have nothing in the buffer), then first make a line of a's by typing 'i', holding down 'a' for awhile (until the cursor goes down to the next line), then pressing esc. Next, make it bigger by typing "YppkkJJ". Then duplicate it: "Yp". Then encounter the bug by typing "kwhi<CR>" (where <CR> means to press the return key). Note: be prepared to reboot. It writes stuff to the screen quick enough to seriously degrade system performance.
