[comp.sys.amiga] new HDs, expansions ??

In the May/June issue of AmigaWorld there were ads for 

	o A 20 meg hard disk by Xebec (listed at $1095, $875 in
          different places in the issue), and

	o A 2 meg memory expansion made by (sold by ?) Alphanetics
	  for $450

Does anyone have comments about / experiences with these ?  The prices
seem a little lower then others I have seen, are they finally
coming down ?

I could hear this stuff calling out "Buy me, buy me..."
