The problem with non unique object names is a tricky one.
While I realise that modules and libraries are not the same thing,
Modula2 gets past this problem by having an EXPORT QUALIFIED command.
This means that one can refer to objects as MODULENAME.OBJECTNAME
This is good enough for most purposes. Of course, if you have identically
named modules with idenically named objects in them, then you're stuffed.
This doesn't seem too likely.
