I agree on most of the games you mention, notably these and adding a few:

Ballblazer (I've met two developers porting it for Epyx)
Tempest (Vector graphics? No problem!)
Return of the Jedi	(as well as Empire/Star Wars)
Jumpman (a classic...)
Arkanoid (looks good even on an ST)

and probably more that I can't think of (the workplace affects me that way).

^^^^^^^^^^-> Oh yeah! With Amiga graphics too!

A few more to add to the list:

Elite (By far the best c64 I've ever played. This should've been
ported instead of Starglider, in my opinion...)
Pinball Construction Set (I loved this game on the c64, but it had problems,
like crashing every hour-and-a-half. I would love to see a
new version, with Amiga graphics, split-level play, thousands
more logic gates, more "one-way" channels, etc. I have been
toying with the idea of writing this myself, but school work
has me tied up at present.)
Racing Destruction Set (A poorly accepted EA game. I used to have a lot of
fun playing this game, but now we all own Amigas. A newer
should have better weapons, mor like a cross between Car
		 Wars and RDS)
Xevius (O.K., so I have a soft spot for this arcade game. Sure was
beautiful to look at, and very relaxing to play. Seems
fairly easy to write something like this, maybe if I have
		 a spare moment...)

And many others...maybe something like a really good-looking and *fast*
Stellar 7, or, as the previous poster mentioned, Tempest. Ahhh, if someone
like Bally would only pay me to write games (and play them!) for a living...
