While everyone is suggesting things for the next ________ (you fill it in) I would like to throw in my two cents worth. I would like a feature added (to exec?) in software. The system should swap to fast memory (or somewhere except chip memory) the data for any NON-displayed screen. Why? I love to run several programs at a time. I have enough memory. I try to start another program that tries to open a custom screen and dies due to lack of free memory. Workbench knows that I have over 800K free. I think the system should know or be able to tell whether a screen is being displayed or not. No matter how much chip memory is availible, some jerk (like me) will want more when it really isn't needed if only the displayed screen was in chip memory. comments anyone? Dale??? Flames anyone? I have my fire suit on. Aubrey sparkman Pkg.sparkman@mcc.com -------

I think it will become a non-problem as the graphic chips are able to access more and more chip ram. I want to be able to push windows partially off the screen like you can do with the Mac. -Matt
