[comp.sys.amiga] How to open a screen with a custombitmap...

Is there any way to open a screen with a custom bitmap without having the
title bar scribble over the contents of the bitmap? Even if you use
SCREENQUIET you get a black (color 0) bar overwriting the first 10 rows
of pixels. I guess I could open the screen first, and then render into
it, but I already have the bitmap loaded and it's a bit of a waste to
have 2 HIRES/LACE bitmaps floating around when one should do.
